频率对BG-P110油管钢腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展的影响 被引量:2

摘要 油管服役工况下,受腐蚀介质和交变载荷的共同作用,腐蚀介质腐蚀油管内外壁而产生表面结构不连续。当有拉伸、弯曲、振动载荷出现时,表面结构不连续处会产生应力集中,发生腐蚀疲劳断裂失效。以宝钢BG-P110油管材料为对象,通过不同载荷频率下的疲劳和腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展试验,分别测量大气和3.5 wt%Na Cl环境下的疲劳裂纹扩展速率。结合断口形貌和成分分析,分析频率对BG-P110油管材料腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展的影响。交变载荷相同时,腐蚀环境加快BG-P110油管的疲劳裂纹扩展速率;腐蚀环境相同时,频率越低BG-P110油管疲劳裂纹扩展速率越大。 During service conditions, OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) are loaded by the corrosive medium and cyclic loading. Corrosive media will produce pits on inner and outer surface of well pipe. In the local, stress concentrates under tension, bending, vibration loading. This leads to corrosion fatigue fracture failure. In this study, the (corrosion-) fatigue crack propagation behavior of BAOGANG BG-P110 tubing steel is performed. It is carried out with testing the corrosion fatigue crack growth rate under atmospheric conditions and under 3.5wt% NaCl environment under different frequencies. Based on examine of the fracture morphology and composition, the influence of frequency on corrosion fatigue crack propagation behavior of BG-P110 tubing steel is analyzed. Under a same cyclic loading, corrosive medium accelerates the BG-P110 tubing fatigue crack propagation rate. Under a same corrosive environment at the same time, the BG-P110 tubing fatigue crack propagation rate increased with decreasing of the frequency of cyclic loading.
