摘要
针对太阳能存在着低密度、间歇性、空间分布不断变化的缺点,为了达到更充分高效地利用太阳能,设计了一种双轴液压全景太阳能自动跟踪系统。该系统采用液压装置作为动力源,同时为液压马达和液压缸提供动力,合理地分配系统动力;机械系统具有自锁以及较强的抗风、抗干扰、稳定性能;通过电控系统控制电磁阀开关,实现系统的三维运动;通过传感与控制系统实现太阳能的全方位自动跟踪。
Aimed at the solar energy of some disadvantages existed such as low density, intermittent and continuously changing spatial distribution, in order to use the solar energy more fully and effectively, a kind of biaxial hydraulic panoramic solar energy auto- matic tracking system was designed. The hydraulic equipment was used as power supply by the system, and also provided power for the hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder so that the system power was reasonable distributed. The mechanical system had the stability of the self-locking, strong anti-wind, anti-interference and stable performance. The three-dimensional (3-D) motion of the system was re- alized by the electronic control system to control electromagnetic valve switch. Automatic tracking is realized by a full orientation of sensing and control system of solar energy.
