硫酸浸出法从高钛型高炉渣富钛产物中提取钛 被引量:10

摘要 以攀西地区高钛型高炉渣经磁选、硫化焙烧-水浸、盐洗处理后所获的富钛产物为原料,采用稀硫酸浸出法提取其中的钛组分。考察了硫酸质量分数、温度、酸渣质量比和时间对钛浸取率的影响。采用XRF和XRD对富钛产物和酸浸渣的化学成分与物相组成进行了研究。结果表明,富钛产物中Ti O2含量超过35%,主要以无定型水合氧化钛和钙钛矿形式存在;提取钛的最佳条件为:硫酸质量分数60%,温度160℃,酸渣质量比(1.25~1.5):1,时间2.5 h,Ti O2浸取率可达90%以上,且纯度较高;酸解过程中,无定型水合氧化钛最先溶出,其次是钙钛矿,最后是部分透辉石。该工艺具有用酸浓度低、酸解时间短、Ti O2浸取率高等特点,对高钛型高炉渣资源化利用具有重要的意义。 The extraction of titanium from a titanium-rich product obtained by low-intensity magnetic separa- tion, sulfation roasting and water leaching was investigated by dilute sulfuric acid leaching. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, the ratio of sulfuric acid to slag and leaching time on the extraction rate of titanium were discussed. The chemical and phase compositions of samples were characterized by XRF and XRD. The results showed that the titanium-rich product contained over 35% of TiO2 which mainly exists in form of amor- phous hydrated titanium oxide and perovskite. The optimum conditions of titanium extraction from titanium-rich product were as follows: the concentration of sulfuric acid 60% , the mass ratio of sulfuric acid to slag ( 1.25 ~ 1.5) : 1, temperature 160 ℃ ,and leahing time 2.5 h. Under such conditions the extraction rate of titanium was over 90% and the product purity was high. In the sulfuric acid leaching process, the amorphous hydrated titanium oxide in the titanium-rich product was leached first, then the perovskite, and finally part of diopside. The characteristics of the process was a low acid concen- tration, short acid-hydrolysis time and high rate of Ti02 leaching, being very significant for reusing Ti-bearing blast furnace slag.
