摘要 采用ELTRA CS2000碳硫分析仪对镍铁合金中硫含量进行测定。以含硫量相近的铸铁标准样品对仪器进行校准,确定了称样量200mg,助熔剂纯铁0.3g、钨粒1.5g的最佳测定条件。重复性实验表明方法的相对标准偏差RSD在3%以下,精密度较高,加标回收实验镍的回收率在98.75%至101.79%之间,具有较好的准确度。该方法可用于镍铁合金中硫含量的准确测定。 A method was described for the determination of sulfur in Ferro--nickel alloy by ELTRA CS2000 carbon and sulfur analyzer. The instrument was calibrated by cast iron standard sample which has similar sulfur content. The best determination conditions are sample mass: 200 mg, pure iron flux: 0.3 g, tung- sten flux: 1.5 g. The repetition experiment showed that the method has high precision: the relative stand- ard deviation (RSD) was less than 3%, and the standard addition recovery experiment showed that the high accuracy: the recovery rate of sulfur was in the range of 98.75% - 101. 79%. The method can be used to accurate determination of sulfur in Ferro--nickel alloy.
