摘要
本文针对原上升管根部荒煤气泄漏,对容易损坏部位进行分析,采取对上升管上翘问题的修复、底座焊接铁板、密封泥浆新工艺等措施,提高上升管的使用寿命,增强炉体严密性,减少冒烟。
Aiming at waste gas leakage in the root of the rising pipe, analysis of easily damaged parts is carried out. The service life of the rising pipe is enhanced by adopting measures such as repairing the rising pipe bending, welding steel plate on the base and using the new seal mud processes, thus furnace rigor is improved and smoking is reduced.
