摘要
为提高餐饮场所人员疏散效率,找到利用率低的出口在实际疏散过程中加以引导利用,并为餐饮场所出口设置要求提供参考依据,对餐饮场所火灾原因、危害及人员疏散特点进行分析,运用Building EXODUS对某餐饮店人员疏散进行模拟,找到疏散瓶颈,分析对比各个疏散出口的利用率,提出建议措施。该项研究能为类似高危场所人员安全疏散设计和应急预案的制定提供参考,对提高人员的安全疏散效率具有一定的指导作用。
To improve evacuation efficiency in catering place, find exits of low utilization which could be used by guiding people in evacuation,and provide references for set requirements of exits in catering place, firstly, fire cause, risks and characteristics of people evacuation were analyzed, secondly, Building EXODUS was used to simulate people evacuation in a restaurant, find the evacuation bottleneck and compare the utilization of exits; at last, the corresponding countermeasures were proposed. The study was supposed to give reference for design of people evacuation and makeup of emergency plan in similar high fire-risk place,and could be a guide for improving efficency of people evacuation.
