摘要
为探讨穴位按摩配合中药熏洗坐浴在肛肠疾病术后的应用效果，将2013年1月至2014年12月于我院拟行手术治疗的100例肛肠疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。观察组患者术后给予穴位按摩、自拟中药熏洗方熏洗坐浴，对照组患者术后给予清水熏洗坐浴，每天1次，10d为一疗程。对比两组患者术后创口疼痛、出血、水肿、肛门坠胀感、肛门潮湿感等并发症发生情况，以及创面愈合时间。结果显示，观察组创口疼痛、出血、水肿、肛门坠胀感、肛门潮湿感发生率均低于对照组，P〈0．05。而且观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，穴位按摩配合中药熏洗坐浴可减轻肛肠病术后创口疼痛、水肿等并发症。促进创面愈合，值得临床推广应用。
This study was to investigate the efficacy of acupoint massage cooperated with Chinese herb for fuming ＆ wash used at postoperation of anorectal diseases. The 100 patients admitted in author＇s hospital from 2013-01 to 2014-12 and to be subjected to surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, n = 50, for each ; after operation the former received acupoint massage, and author＇s hospital self-developed Chinese herb for fuming ＆ wash sitz bath, while control group, alone clean water for fu- ming-wash sitz bath, 1 time/d, 10 days as a treatment course ; then the postoperative status on wound pain, bleeding,edema,anal tenesmus, and dampness sensition of anus, ete complication, as well as the time for wound-surface healing were compared between both groups.As results, in the incidence of above-mentioned complications observation group was all significantly lower than control group（ P〈0.05）,and,the time for wound-surface healing of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group（ P〈 0.05）.Results show that acupoint massage cooperated with Chinese herb for fuming ＆ wash can reduce postoperative complications such as wound pain and edema, etc, promote wound healing, thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
