摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、亚硫酸氢钠(Na HSO3)为主要原料,采用内乳化法制备了封端型水性聚氨酯WPU乳液,探讨了不同相对分子质量PEG对封端型WPU乳液性能的影响及应用到棉织物上的整理效果。结果表明,PEG相对分子质量为1 500时,WPU乳液性能及整理的棉织物综合性能较好,乳液透光率较高,稳定性较好,整理后的棉织物折皱回复角提高53.9%,断裂强力保留率提高6.8%,手感柔软度4级,白度稍有下降。
The blocked waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion was prepared using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG) with various molecular weights, dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and sodium bisulfite (NaHSO3) by internal emulsification method. The effects of PEG molecular weight on the properties of WPU emulsion and the finishing effects of the cotton fabrics were investigated. The results showed that the properties of WPU and finished fabrics were excellent with PEG molecular weight 1 500:the WRA was improved by 53.9%, the breaking strength retention rate increased by 6.8%, the hand feeling softness reached 4 scale and the whiteness decreased a little.
