摘要
以某比转速灯泡式水轮机为例,利用模型试验的方法对其协联工况和非协联工况的空化性能进行了研究,通过试验结果的对比和分析,得出如下规律:在整个运行范围内水头不变的情况下,灯泡式水轮机在某一固定转轮叶片角度运行时,无论模型水轮机是处于协联工况还是非协联工况,其临界空化系数(0)随着流量因数(ED)的增大而增大。本研究结果对原型灯泡式水轮机的运行,特别是非协联工况下的运行,具有重要的指导意义。
In this paper, taking a bulb turbine as example, the cavitation performance was researched under on-cam & off-cam conditions by model test. The law was found by comparison and analyses of model test results. In the operating range, when the head and the angle of runner blade were fixed, the critical Thoma number(σ0) increased with the increase of discharge factor(QED),whether under on-cam or off-cam conditions. The results will give a guiding significance for the operation of prototype of bulb turbine, especially under off-cam conditions.
