摘要
在某减速机同步器失效后发生打齿的情况下。以斜齿轮为研究对象,对其进行静力学强度分析,找出轮齿应力集中区域及最危险部位。发现通过增大齿根过渡圆角半径可降低轮齿所受应力。随后结合齿轮实际工况,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟了真实情况下轮齿间的冲击碰撞,得到了冲击载荷谱。将静力学分析结果与仿真得到载荷谱同时导入疲劳分析软件ANSYS/FE-SAFE中对斜齿轮进行了轮齿疲劳寿命分析,可知齿根过渡圆角半径的增大可使轮齿寿命显著提高,为斜齿轮结构优化设计和齿轮工况研究提供了理论依据。对于冲击载荷作用下的轮齿疲劳寿命预测也提供了一种新方法。
On the condition of the synchronizer failed , we take the helical gears as research object , and make a static strength analysis of it , finding out the stress concentrated area and the most dangerous position . Finding that increasing the fillet radius can reduce the stress of tooth . Combined with the actual working condition of gear , simulate the impact of the real condition of the teeth with ANSYS/LS-DYNA , getting the load spectrum . Trough putting the result of static analysis and load spectrum into the ANSYS/LS-DYNA , we can analysis the helical gear's fatigue life . Trough the result we see that increasing the fillet radius can extend gear's life , which could provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of helical gear's structure design and the research of gear's working condition , which providing a new method for gear fatigue analysis under the impact load.
