钢带封隔器胶筒护箍喇叭口优化设计 被引量:6

摘要 钢带骨架封隔器是扩张式封隔器中承载能力最高的一种。约束钢带膨胀变形的护箍喇叭口是影响钢带性能的关键因素。通过对钢带骨架封隔器胶筒工作原理及结构特点的分析,在深入研究钢带护箍几何关系和力学构成的基础上,提出了基于渐开线和椭圆理论的钢带骨架胶筒设计理念,对护箍喇叭口的型面进行了优化设计。通过室内试验和现场应用达到了很好的设计效果,为该类封隔器的优化设计提供了理论借鉴。 Steel skeleton packer has the strongest bearing capacity amongst all kinds of expandable packers. Protector bell is the key factor to influence the performance of the steel strip while constraint steel strip has been swelled and deformed. By analyzing the working principle and structural characteristics of the steel belt packer, this paper takes a further study about geometric relationship and mechanical composition of steel protector, then proposes an idea for steel skeleton packer rubber employs the involute and the elliptic theories, it also completes the optimization design of protector bell surface as well. A good design effect is achieved with laboratory test and field applications,which provides a theoretical reference for optimizing design of such packer.
