摘要 针对汽车门框焊后易出现变形的问题,设计了一套针对汽车门框式结构件的专用焊接夹具。该套夹具定位准确、夹紧迅速、可靠性高,能够满足焊接生产使用要求;利用有限元模拟软件,对汽车门框点焊进行有限元模拟,分析研究点焊的温度场、应力场、应变场的变化规律,为减少焊接应力和变形提供了理论依据。研究结果表明,通过本套焊接夹具的夹持定位,能够大大减少汽车门框式构件的焊后变形,提高了焊件质量。 In order to overcome the deficiencies of deformation of the car frame after spot welding,the special welding jig of car frame was designed.This set of welding jig could position accuracy,clamp quickly and high reliability,meeting the various performance requirements.The finite element simulation software was used to simulate the spot welding,analyze variation of the temperature field,stress and strain fields.It provided a reference to reduce welding stress and deformation.The analysis results showed that on the basis of the positioning by the welding jig,it could overcome the deficiencies of deformation of the car frame after spot welding,improving the quality of weldment.
