带式输送机检测保护装置的设计及应用

摘要 煤矿带式输送机保护系统出现故障时,很难判断是主机还是各传感器故障等问题。为解决这一问题,根据带式输送机各保护传感器的特点,采用以STC89C51单片机为核心,结合各数字和模拟电路设计制作了简易快速检测装置。该装置经现场应用,不仅能迅速检测出因输送带保护传感器自身故障造成的停机,而且减少了故障影响时间,取得较好的效果。 When the protection system of belt conveyor fails, it is difficult to judge the host or the sensor' fault. In order to solve this problem, and according to the characteristics of every protection sensor, designs the easily and quickly testing device that combined each digital and simulation circuit, which takes the STC89C51 SCM as the core. Through the site application, this device can not only test the stop that caused by protection sensor fault quickly, but also reduce the fault effect, finally gains good effect.
