摘要
甘肃某公司所属的锑矿主要可回收金属矿物为辉锑矿,辉锑矿粒度范围较宽,大都与脉石矿物较好解离,少量较难解离。针对矿石性质,进行了选矿试验研究,研究结果表明采用原矿磨矿→一次粗选→两次精选→一次扫选的浮选工艺流程可有效的回收该矿石中的辉锑矿,获得的锑精矿锑品位为56.32%、锑回收率为94.37%。
One company in Gansu province has the main recoverable antimony ore which is stibnite,this kind of stibnite has the wide particle size range,most of them can dissociated with gangue mineral easily while a small amount can't. Aiming to the character of this ore,mineral processing experiment is conducted,the result show that using the flotation process of one roughing→ twice selection → one scavenging can recover the stibnite effectively,the grade of the antimony concentrate is 56. 32%,and the recovery rate is 94. 37%.
