摘要 高炉冲渣水作为一种低温废热源,具有温度稳定,流量较大的特点,余热利用方式主要是北方冬季供暖,南方地区不需供暖,在没有热负荷的季节和地区,冲渣水多经空冷塔降温后再次循环冲渣,大量余热被浪费。本文从技术角度提出通过特殊装置将低品位热能转化为高品位电能,实现余热的深度利用,可为同类工程的建设提供参考。 As a kind of low temperature waste heat source,Slag-washing water has the characteristics of stable temperature and larger flow. Heating in winter in the North is the main way of the waste heat utilization,whereas there is no heating need in the Sorth. In the the season and area without heat load,slag-washing water is recycled after cooling by the cooling tower A great deal of heat is wasted. In this paper,from a technical point of view,utilization way to turn low grade heat energy into high-grade electricity is put forward by special device to achieve the deep utilization of waste heat,which can provide reference for construction of similar engineering.
