摘要
水钢生产钢绞线用钢铁水未进行预脱硫处理,LF脱硫负荷较重,通过分析LF炉精炼渣的组成对其脱硫能力、化学反应速度等性能的影响,确定了精炼渣的基本组成为CaO—SiO2-MgO—Al2O3的渣系及其含量。生产中通过改进转炉挡渣、优化炉渣脱氧及吹氩、温度控制,使LF精炼脱硫率达到70%,产品硫含量低于0.007%,保障了产品质量。
Since the hot metal used to produce strand steel is not pre-desulphurized, LF desulphurization load is heavy. By analyzing influence of LF refining slag composition on its desulphurization capacity and chemical reaction rate and so on, we chose CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3 refining slag and its composition. By improving converter-skimming and optimizing deoxidization and argon-blowing and temperature control, we made desulphurization rate in LF refining process reach 70% and sulfur content in steel be less than 0.007%, assuring quality of steel products.
