基于差动活门式反后坐技术仿真研究

摘要 在分析了一般活门缓冲装置的液动力基础上,提出了差动式活门改进措施,建立了缓冲器后坐过程及复进过程的二自由度二阶动力学方程,应用Matlab求解,获得了后坐过程及复进过程的动力学响应,结合实际试验测试,验证了该动力学模型建立的准确性,采用与制退机散热条件有关的修正系数方法,对单发射击时制退液温升进行了计算。仿真计算与实测误差满足工程设计要求,为气液结构仿真分析提供了理论指导。 On the basis of analyzing the flow force of typical valve buffer, the improvement measure adopting differential valve was proposed, the second-order dynamic equations with two-degree freedom were established to describe recoil and counter-recoil motion of buffer, and dynamic responses of recoil and counter-recoil motion were obtained by Matlab. The accuracy of dynamic model was verified by the test. The temperature rise of the recoil liquid in single shot was calculated by correction coefficient method, which had relation to heat dissipation condition of recoil brake. The error between simulation results and experimental results can meet the engineering design requirements. The method can provide reference for simulation a- nalysis of gas-fluid structure.
