摘要
为改善锰硅合金生产指标,在高碳锰铁生产过程中,利用液态富锰渣显热,在线熔兑原生锰矿,使原生锰矿去水、失重,转变为富渣或烧结、富渣混合熟矿,可用于锰硅合金生产,该技术可改善锰硅合金生产技术指标,实现液态富渣显热的高效利用。
In order to improve production index of silicomanganese, the paper introduced melting primary manganese ore on line by liquid rich slag sensible heat in high carbon ferromanganese production process, making primary manganese ore anhydrate, weightlessness and transform to rich slag or sinter, rich slag mix with ripe ore, it can be used in silico manganese production. This technology can improve silico manganese production technical index, realize sensible heat efficient utilization of liquid rich slag.
