摘要
利用ISSR分子标记技术,对传统分类学上的扁蓿豆属植物及其野生近缘属胡卢巴属、苜蓿属种质资源之间的亲缘关系进行了研究。结果表明,扁蓿豆的Shannon’s遗传多样性指数和Nei’s基因多样性指数最大,显示出较高遗传多样性水平,而胡卢巴属植物最小,显示出较低的遗传多样性水平;4种材料的基因分化指数(Gst)为0.416,基因流系数Nm为0.703,说明这4种材料遗传分化较大,基因流动非常微弱。相对于胡卢巴属植物,扁蓿豆与紫花苜蓿和黄花苜蓿有着更近的亲缘关系,在扁蓿豆不单独作为一个属的情况下,将其作为苜蓿属的一个种是可行的。
The relationship among Trigonella L. ,Medicago ruthenica L. ,Medicago sativa L. ,Medicago falcata L. was analyzed using ISSR to further delimit the taxonomy of Medicago ruthenica L. The results showed that: Nei 's gene diversity(h* )and Shannon' s information index(I* )for Medicago ruthenica L. was the biggest among the materials which meant the higher genetic diversity, while,it was just opposite for Trigonella L.. Gene difference index (Gst) among materials was 0. 416 and gene flow index (Nm)was 0. 703 which meant the bigger genetic differentiation level and the weaker gene flow. Compared with Trigonella L. , Medicago ruthenica L. had closer relationship with Medicago sativa L. and Medicago faZcata L.. So if there was no independent genus for Medicago ruthenica L. , Medicago ruthenica L. shoud belong to genus Medicago L. as a species and was appropriate as scientific name.
