摘要
针对船用柴油机电控系统对柴油机的调速问题,根据国内外非线性自调整算法的研究以及船用柴油机调速器的设计原理,在传统PID控制的基础上,本文提出非参数模型的自调整控制策略。通过对D6135型船用柴油机特点和性能分析,对其进行仿真建模,最后在Matlab软件中对柴油机调速控制系统进行仿真,对电控系统的关键技术进行研究。根据仿真结果可以看出本文提出的自整定控制策略具有可行性,为船用柴油机电控系统提供一个有效的控制算法。
Aiming at the problem of speed control of diesel engine electronic control system for marine diesel engine, according to the domestic and foreign research of nonlinear self adjustment algorithm and the design principle of the diesel engine governor, we proposed a self - tuning control strategy of non parameter model based on the traditional PID controller, according t. Through the characteristics and performance analysis of D6135 type marine diesel engine, build up the simulation modeling, and finally carries on the simulation of the diesel engine speed control system in Matlab software, study the key technology of electronic control system. According to the simulation results, it shows that the self-tuning control strategy proposed in this paper has feasibility, provides an effective method for marine electric control system of diesel oil machine.
