摘要
基于锂离子动力电池生产工艺流程,识别出高能耗高污染环节为涂布环节。针对涂布环节中耗能高及有机溶剂(NMP)等问题,分析了废热利用、循环送风、NMP回收的低能耗低污染集成控制技术。现场测试效果良好,为制定锂离子动力电池低能耗低污染生产控制标准奠定了基础。
Based on the production process of lithium-ion power batteries, the high energy consumption and high pollution process is identified as coating process. To deal with the high energy consumption and volatile organic-solvent problems in the coating process, the paper analyzes the integrated low energy consumption & low pollution control technologies including waste heat utilization, loop cooling and NMP recycling and reaches good testing effect, laying the foundation for the development of product and control standards for lithium-ion power batteries on low energy consumption & low pollution.
