摘要
目的 研究小剂量尿激酶治疗亚急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法 随机将120例脑梗死患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组同时给予控制脑水肿、改善微循环、抗血小板聚集、扩容等治疗,治疗组在次基础上应用尿激酶30~50万U加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 m L静点30 min滴完,连续应用三天。在此三天给予监测血压、脉搏、心电、血氧饱和度。治疗前后对临床疗效、并发症、CT等方面进行对比分析。结果 治疗组与对照组比较疗效有显著性意义。结论 小剂量尿激酶治疗亚急性脑梗死安全有效。
