摘要
目的探讨路径式营养干预在老年患者人工髋关节置换术后应用的效果观察。方法将我科收治的160例股骨颈骨折的老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组给与常规饮食指导,观察组在常规护理的基础上加强营养护理,比较两组患者住院期间血红蛋白和血清白蛋白指标,对患者满意度进行统计。结果相比对照组营养护理干预后患者的血红蛋白和血清白蛋白指标比治疗前显著提高。结论路径式营养干预能有效改善老年患者人工髋关节置换术后营养状况,促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。
Objective To study the path of type of nutritional intervention in elderly patients with hip ar- throplasty after application effect observation. Methods Our department treated 160 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases each. Control group given conventional dietary guidance, observation group in strengthen nutrition on the basis of conventional nursing care, compared two groups of patients during hospitalization, index of serum albumin and hemoglobin on patient' satisfaction. Results Compared with control group nutrition after nursing interven- tion in patients with hemoglobin and serum albumin index increased significantly than before treat- ment. Conclusions The path type nutritional intervention can effectively improve the nutritive condition of elderly patients after hip arthroplasty and promote patients recovery, improve nursing satisfaction.
