摘要
近年来我国许多废弃矿井由于多种原因未进行闭坑治理和未履行闭坑程序,遗留了大量的环境问题和安全隐患,文章系统地分析和归纳了废弃矿井存在的积水危害、地质灾害、对土地资源的破坏、废弃矿井有害气体的等环境问题及废弃井口带来的安全隐患,针对废弃矿井存在的问题,提出了对废弃矿井井口、废弃矿井内积水、废弃矿井的生态治理和恢复、次生地质灾害治理等方面的治理措施,同时对于废弃矿井的瓦斯气、废弃地下空间的利用途径等进行了分析和探讨。
In recent years, because many abandoned coal mine cannot be treated properly and closure planning of mines is unredeemed for different reasons, there exist many environmental problems and hidden dangers. The study systematically analyzed environmental problems of abandoned coal mine such as harm of water accumulation, geological hazard, failure of land resources, harmful gas and hidden dangers of obsolete wellhead. According to the problems above, the study provided effective measures to deal with obsolete wellhead, water accumulation, ecological treatment and restoration, and secondary geological hazard control. Meanwhile, the study discussed and analyzed utilization of gas in abandoned coal mines and abandoned underground space.
