摘要
针对常规使用的浇筑式沥青成本高、生产工艺复杂等缺陷,考察了脱油沥青应用于浇筑式沥青的可行性,利用沥青软化点、针入度、延度及四组分分析,确定了脱油沥青与基质沥青适宜的混合比例,并通过浇筑式沥青混凝土的刘埃尔流动度试验、贯入度试验及低温弯拉试验评价了不同油石比的沥青混合料的相关性能,以此优选出浇筑式沥青混合料合适的油石比。
In view of the high cost, complex production process and other defects of common used pouring asphalt, this paper analyzed the feasi- bility of de-oiled asphalt applied to pouring asphalt, using the asphalt softening point, penetration, extension degree and four components analy- sis, determined the suitable mixing ratio of de-oiled and base asphalt, and through the Leel flow test, penetration test and low temperature flexural tensile test of pouring asphalt concrete evaluated the related performance of asphalt aggregate with different asphalt mixture ratio, so as to select the asphalt aggregate ratio of pouring asphalt mixture.
