欧盟推进职业教育与培训质量保障的举措探析被引量：4

European Union's Measures for Promoting Quality Assurance of VET

摘要欧盟职业教育与培训质量保障协会发布的《2013-2015工作计划》,明确了其质量保障进程走向深化的进一步举措:实现《布鲁日公报》的战略目标;强化成员国相关机构的职能;开拓质量保障的产业路径;培育与高等教育的合作;在欧洲工具间形成合力。这一系列举措具有四个特点:目标明确、职责分明、系统互动、协同共进。这些举措对我国构建现代职业教育质量保障体系不乏借鉴意义。 European Network for Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training issues its Work Programme 2013-2015. The measures on quality assurance for Eu- ropean vocational education and training include realizing objectives of Bruges Communi- qu6, enhancing power of national reference points, addressing sectoral approach, fostering cooperation with higher education and increasing synergies with other EU tools. Its four characteristics include clear objectives, specific responsibilities, systematic interaction and harmonious cooperation. European measures for promoting quality assurance of VET can provide reference for the development of Chinese quality assurance of vocational education.
