浅谈高速铁路隧道防排水系统施工技术 被引量:7

摘要 文章重点就国家"四纵四横"高速铁路网的沪昆客专新吉坪隧道为例阐述了无钉孔防水板挂设、施工缝及沉降缝防止水带安装质量控制和一些简便易行的施工技术的应用以及每板二衬采取135°角弧形弯管连接PVC排水盲管组成独立成环防排水体系,很好的解决了排水不畅,便利了维修和疏通,较好的解决了高速铁路隧道渗漏水,为今后类似高速铁路隧道防排水施工提供借鉴经验。 Taking the Shanghai-Kunming passenger dedicated Xinjiping tunnel of "four vertical lines and four horizontal lines" highspeed railway network as the case, this paper elaborated the quality control of no nail hole waterproof board hangings, construction joint and settlement joint waterstop installation and the application of some simple and easy construction technologies and the independent waterproofing and drainage system with 135° angle curved elbow connecting PVC blind drainage pipe, which well solved the problem of poor drainage, was convenient to the maintenance and dredging, better solved the high-speed railway tunnel water seepage, and provided reference for the similar waterproofing and drainage construction of high-speed railway tunnel in the future.
