Effects of Fermented Cottonseed Meal on Growth Performance and Digestive Enzyme Activity of Growing Goose

摘要 试验旨在研究发酵棉仁粕对生长鹅生长性能和消化酶活性的影响。选取28日龄体重相近的健康豁眼鹅300只,随机分为3组,每组设5个重复,每个重复20只,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮(豆粕组)、未发酵棉仁粕替代基础日粮30%豆粕的日粮(棉仁粕组)和发酵棉仁粕替代基础日粮中30%豆粕的日粮(发酵棉仁粕组),试验期为28 d。结果表明:与豆粕组相比,发酵棉仁粕组显著降低了生长鹅腹泻率(P<0.05),显著提高了十二指肠内容物和胰脏组织的胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶的活性(P<0.05);与棉仁粕组相比,发酵棉仁粕组显著提高了生长鹅平均日增重和降低料重比(P<0.05),显著降低了腹泻率和死亡率(P<0.05),显著提高了十二指肠内容物和胰脏组织的胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶的活性(P<0.05)。结果显示发酵棉仁粕替代玉米-豆粕型基础日粮30%的豆粕能提高生长鹅生长性能和消化酶活性。 This study was aimed to the effects of fermented cottonseed meal on growth performance and digestive enzyme activity of growing goose. Three hundred 28-day-age healthy Huoyan geese with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 treatments with five replicates per treatment and 20 geese per replicate. The soybean meal groupwas fed with corn-soybean basal diet,cottonseed meal group was fed with experimental diets in which 30% soybean was replaced by cottonseed, while fermented cottonseed meal group was fed with experimental diets in which 30% soybean was replaced by fermented cottonseed, and the experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that the diarrhea rate of fermented cottonseed meal group was significantly lower than that in soybean meal group (P〈0.05), while the activities of trypsin, lipase and amylase in duodenal contents and pancreatic tissue in fermented cottonseed meal group were significantly higher than those in soybean meal group (P〈0.05); The average daily gain and the activities of trypsin, lipase and amylase in duodenal contents and pancreatic tissue in fermented cottonseed meal group were significantly higher than those in cottonseed meal group (P〈0.05),while the feed/gain ratio, diarrhea rate and mortality rate in fermented cottonseed meal group were significantly lower than those in cottonseed meal group (P〈0.05). These results indicated that 30% soybean was replaced by fermented cottonseed in corn-soybean basal diet could improve the growth performance and digestive enzyme activity of growing goose.
