摘要
目的观察白芷总香豆素和白芷总挥发油配伍的药效学比较,确定最佳配伍比例.方法采用小鼠巴豆油耳炎实验、角叉菜胶足肿胀实验及热板致痛法3种模型比较白芷总香豆素和白芷总挥发油按不同比例配伍后的抗炎作用和镇痛作用.结果白芷总香豆素与总挥发油按5种不同比例配伍,均可显著抑制巴豆油所致的小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶所致的小鼠足肿胀,延长小鼠热板致痛反应潜伏期,其中两者比例为3∶1时作用最强.结论白芷总香豆素与总挥发油按3∶1比例配伍能够发挥最佳的抗炎镇痛作用.
Objective To observe the pharmacodynamics on compatibility of Angelicae dahuricae coumarin and volatile oil, and determine the best compatibility proportion. Method Experiments of ear swelling induced by croton oil,paw swelling induced by carrageenan,and hot plate induced pain in mice were used to compare the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Angelicae dahuricae coumarin and volatile oil. Results 5 compatibilities of Angelicae dahuricae coumarin and volatile oil could significantly inhibit the ear swelling induced by croton oil,paw swelling induced by carrageenan, and prolong the hot plate pain response latency in mice. The ratio between Angelicae dahuricae coumarin and volatile oil 3 ∶ 1 had the strongest effect. Conclusion The ratio of Angelicae dahuricae coumarin and volatile oil 3 ∶1 had the best anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
