基于彩色三维打印的喷墨控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前,随着彩色喷墨技术在三维打印领域的迅速发展,如何同时提高三维彩色粉末零件的成型速度和成型精度是三维打印领域的研究难点之一。现针对三维印刷工艺中三维粉末粘接彩色喷墨技术的控制,在已搭建的三维彩色粉末打印机机械结构框架的基础上,改用多喷嘴宽喷头,并提出并行数据控制方式,该方式能够提高显著喷墨控制精度和成型速度。经测试平台验证,可以大幅度提高成型速度与成型精度。 Currently, with the rapid development of color inkjet technology in the field of 3D printing, to reach both the speed and the accuracy of the colored molding parts is one of the difficulties in the field of colored 3D printing with powder as material. Now, to improve the color inkjet technology of the 3D printing with powder as material, based on the platform has been built before as mechanical structure, this inkjet system use the wide multi-nozzle heads, and made parallel data control mode, which can significantly improve inkjet speed control accuracy and molding. After tested platform validation, the inkjet system can greatly improve the speed and accuracy of molding.
