摘要
基于唐山市电动汽车重点实验室最新研制的微型电动汽车车架,为实现其轻量化,乘坐舒适性,对其两种车架材料进行了模态试验。选取车架材料前8阶振型及固有频率,讨论其对车架振动特性的影响,以避免在车架结构设计中因车架材料的不同而影响其稳定性、乘坐舒适性和安全性,同时也为实际车架设计在选取车架材料方面提供参考和依据。
Based on a miniature electric car frame newly developed by Tangshan Key Laboratory, modal tests of the two frame materials are conducted for the realization of its light weight and comfort. The first 8-order vibration modes and natural frequencies of the frame materials are selected. The impact on vibration characteristics of the frame is discussed to prevent the instability, discomfort and insecurity of frame structure due to different frame materials, meanwhile, and which can provide a reference and basis for frame material selection.
