摘要
现代学徒制是将传统学徒培训方式与现代学校职业教育相结合的育人制度。在实践环节以师傅带徒弟方式进行是现代学徒制有别于现代职业教育学堂育人模式的最大区别,现代学徒制以其有效提高实践技能得到教育界的高度关注。通过介绍国内现代学徒制实践探索的情况、分析其存在的问题及原因,并借鉴德、英两国现代学徒制开展的成功经验,探讨相关问题的解决方法。
Modern apprenticeship is a talents educational system which combines traditional apprentice training with modern voca？tional school education. In practice, the masters-training-apprentices method is the biggest difference between modern apprentice？ship education and modern vocational in-school education. Modern apprenticeship education has got high attention in education do？main by its effective enhancement of practical skills. This paper introduces the current situation of practicing modern apprenticeship education in China, analyzes the existing problems and causes and draws on the successful experience of carrying out modern ap？prenticeship from Germany and Britain to explore the methods of solving related problems.
