Parameter Optimization of Rice Straw Cold Press Process

摘要 为了生产出质量高且能耗低的生物质颗粒,需要深入研究成型参数和成型颗粒特性之间的关系。对水稻秸秆进行冷压成型试验,以松弛密度这一物理性能指标为评判标准,研究成型压力、原料粒度和含水率三个因素对成型燃料质量的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,利用Design Expert 8.0响应曲面分析法建立分析三因素对松弛密度影响的数学模型,得到水稻秸秆冷压成型最佳工艺参数为:成型压力为168 MPa,含水率21%,粒径0~0.2 mm。此条件下松弛密度达到1.327 g/cm3。 In order to produce high quality and low power consumption biomass particles, the relationship between particle characteristics and molding parameters should be studied in depth. Using loose density as judgment criteria, rice straw cold-press forming experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of compressive forces, particle size and moisture content on quality of molding fuel. On the basis of single factor test, this paper established a mathematical model by response surface method with Design Expert 8.0, and analyzed the effect of 3 factors on loose density. The optimum technological parameters for rice straw cold press molding were: 168 MPa compressive forces, 21% moisture content, and 0 ~ 0.2 mm particle size. Under this condition, the loose density could reach 1.327 g/cm^3.
