New Directions in Job Burnout Study Overseas

摘要 国外在过去的30年里对职业倦怠进行了大量的研究。最近,有关职业倦怠的研究已经拓展到国际上,并且发展出了新的理论模型。 There are many researches on job burnout in the past 30 years overseas. Recently, the work on burnout has expanded internationally and has led to new conceptual models.
