摘要
社会资本作为大学生就业的影响因素已经引起广泛关注。通过对近年来国内社会资本的研究,文中梳理了社会资本的定义、社会资本与就业关系理论、社会资本指标的测量,并从就业结果、就业起薪、工作满意度及人力资本与社会资本在就业过程中的关系等角度呈现了现有的研究成果等,发现现有研究结论存在差异,文末对此进行了分析。
Social capital as an important factor in employment has caused widespread concern. By reviewing recent domestic studies of social capital, this article described the definition of social capital, theories of the relation between social capital and em- ployment, and the measurement of social capital indicators. It al- so showed the existing researches from different angles of job-seeking outcomes, starting salary, job satisfaction and the re- lationship between human capital and social capital in seeking job. It was found that the findings are different. This article ana- lyzed the reasons for the differences.
