摘要
对深冷精细胶粉在胎面胶中的应用进行研究,并与常温胶粉进行对比.结果表明,以10~20份深冷精细胶粉替代10份常温胶粉,可在不改变配方的情况下有效改善胎面胶的物理性能,降低轮胎的滚动阻力,且胶料的硫化特性变化不大,工艺条件无需调整.
The application of cryogenically micronized rubber powder in tread compound was studied, and compared to regular rubber powder with ambient temperature technology. The results showed that by using 10~20 phr cryogenically micronized rubber powder to replace 10 phr ambient temperature rubber powder, the physical properties and rolling resistance of tire tread compound were improved with no change of the curing behavior of rubber compound and no adjustment of the process conditions.
