摘要
基于湖北省80个县域2012年经济发展数据,运用因子分析筛选出投入和产出评价指标,并用超效率DEA模型对湖北省县域经济效率值进行实证研究.结果表明:各县域经济效率差异较大,且县域经济效率与地区发展水平之间不存在相关性;部分县域存在投入冗余或产出不足等.建议各县域要依据区位优势和资源禀赋,发展地方特色产业,加强区域合作,提高资源利用效率,地方政府通过政策引导县域走资源节约型、环境友好型的特色循环经济发展模式.
Based on 80 counties＇ economic development data of Hubei Province in 2012, via factor analysis to select the needed input and output evaluation indexes and super efficiency DEA model to conducts an empirical research. The results show that the county economic efficiency varies dramatically from one to another, and it does not relate to its regional development level; There are input redundancy and output shortage problems in some counties. The suggestions are given as follows： the counties should develop regional characteristic industries resorting to regional advantages and resource endowment economical branches, and strengthen regional cooperation to improve the efficiency of resource utilization; counties had better choose the resource-saving and friendly environment with the help of local government＇s policies.
