双极性脉冲磁场装置研制及其阻垢实验 被引量:1

Design of a Bipolar Magnetic Pulse Generator and Experimental Study on Its Anti-scaling Effect

摘要 工业循环冷却水的结垢问题越来越受到关注,为此提出一种新型的双极性脉冲磁场发生装置,以产生气隙磁通密度0.1T为目标,并与电磁发生装置进行对比,研究了此磁场发生装置的可行性与经济性。运用ANSYS磁场分析模块重点研究了异极相对的永磁体气隙磁通密度与气隙间距及磁体特性的关系。在单相异步电动机定子电压输入端串入电子调速开关,保证了脉冲磁场频率的平滑调节。通过多组检验实验确定系统是具备实验重复性的。最后进行了阻垢实验,发现脉冲磁场在90Hz时实验溶液中钙离子浓度最高、电导率最大,阻垢率达到33.3%;而频率为80Hz组的实验钙离子浓度、电导率与恒定磁场组结果相近。结果说明了并非所有频率下脉冲磁场都具备较高的阻垢效果,只有选择合适的频率。 To deal with the scaling problem in industrial circulating cooling water, we designed a bipolar alternating magnetic field generator to treat water. Targeting at generating magnetic field of 0.1 T in the air gap, analyzing the feasi- bility and economy, we put forward a generator scheme in the combination of a unidirectional asynchronous motor and permanent magnets. According to numerical simulations in ANSYS and experimental tests, the proposed device was able to generate bipolar magnetic pulses of 0.13 T and 40-95 Hz in the water pipe at the air gap. Then the device was used in anti-scale water treatment experiments. The results showed that, at 90 Hz, the pulsed magnetic field induced the highest density of Ca ions as well as the highest conductivity in the treated water, and the scale inhibition rate reached 33.3%. Whereas, at 80 Hz, the pulsed magnetic field achieved similar results to those of constant magnetic field at the same field intensity. It is concluded that the proposed device can have ideal performances in anti-scale water treatment only at proper frequencies.
