妊娠期甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体阳性对后代脑功能发育的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析后代脑发育与母亲妊娠期甲状腺自身免疫功能异常之间相关性及影响因素。方法:通过对门诊753名孕妇进行了甲状腺功能筛查,确立TPO-Ab阳性而甲功正常者51例,在同一队列中设立阴性对照60例。对研究对象的子代在6个月龄进行脑功能发育评估,并对可能的影响因素进行分析。结果:与对照组比较,单纯TPO-Ab阳性组后代脑发育评分降低6分,具体表现在精细运动、社交行为和语言能力发育方面。TPO-Ab的状态和母亲的受教育程度影响婴儿脑功能发育,OR值分别为5.7和2.1。结论:甲状腺自身免疫功能异常可以影响后代的智力发育、特别是在精细运动、社交行为和语言方面能力的下降。
