摘要
以山西省晋城市某公司年产60万t矿渣微粉生产线为例,对主机设备选型、生产工艺流程设计、全厂物料平衡计算、产品粒度分布、生产工艺系统优化及生产线调试对工艺系统的要求进行分析。生产运行实践结果表明,该公司年产60万t矿渣微粉生产线的各主要工艺参数已达到设计要求,系统运行稳定。
Taking the production line of slag powders with annual capacity of 600 kt in a certain company in Shanxi Province as an example, the host equipment type selection, production process design, material balance calculation, particle size distribution, optimization of production process system and requirement of adjusting for process system were analyzed. The results of production practice show that the main process parameters of slag powders production line with annual capacity of 600 kt in the company have reached the design requirements, and the system runs stably.
