原位微波灭活加肿瘤假体置换(带放射粒子)治疗四肢肿瘤的近期临床分析

摘要 目的:探究原位微波灭活加肿瘤假体置换(带放射粒子)治疗四肢肿瘤的近期临床应用情况,为医院临床提高微波灭活技术、人工关节假体置换术的应用水平提供重要的参考依据。方法:抽取我院2011年1月~2013年10月收治的8例四肢肿瘤患者作为研究对象,给予原位微波灭活加肿瘤假体置换(带放射粒子)治疗,同时结合其临床诊治资料和随访资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经治疗后随访发现,所有患者的生存期均在8个月~3年之间,平均生存(18.7±3.4)个月,按照Enneking等级评分,其中有4例为优,3例为良,1例为中,无一例发生局部复发、假体周围感染等不良症状。结论:给予四肢肿瘤患者原位微波灭活加肿瘤假体置换(带放射粒子)治疗,能够有效延长患者的生存期,控制局部复发、假体周围感染等不良症状的发生,预后效果好,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective: To explore the in situ microwave inactivated and tumor prosthesis replacement(radioactive particles) recent clinical application for the treatment of limb tumor,for the hospital clinical improve microwave inactivated,the application of artificial joint prosthesis replacement level to provide important reference basis.Methods:Extraction from January 2011 to October 2013 were 8 cases of extremities cancer patients as the research object,give the in situ microwave inactivated and tumor prosthesis replacement(with radioactive particles) treatment,at the same time,combined with the clinical diagnosis and treatment and follow-up data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After treatment of the follow-up period,all patients survival period between 8 months to 3 years,the average survival(18.7±3.4) months,according to the Enneking ratings,including 4 cases for optimal,3 cases as good,1 case for,no local recurrence,around the implant infection and other adverse symptoms.Conclusion:For patients with tumor in limbs in situ microwave inactivated and prosthesis replacement(with radioactive particles) treatment,can effectively prolong survival in patients with stage,the control of local recurrence,around the implant infection the occurrence of adverse symptoms,such as the prognosis effect is good,has high clinical value.
