摘要
为提高有机肥撒施均匀性,设计了水平双圆盘式撒肥器。利用拟水平法正交试验设计方法,研究水平双圆盘的转速、输送速度、两盘安装中心距和圆盘结构对撒肥均匀度的影响。得出了撒肥器结构和工作参数的合理组合:圆盘转速200 r/min、输送速度800 mm/s、两盘安装中心距750 mm和盘面偏心安装两组叶片。
In order to improve the uniformity of manure spreader,horizontal double disc was designed. Using pseudo-level orthogonal experimental design method to research the impact of horizontal double disc speed,feeding speed,the distance of two disc install centre and the disc structure on fertilization uniformity. The results showed that the reasonable combination between spreader structure and working parameters was that:disc rotation speed 200 r/min,feeding speed 800 mm/s,the centre-to-centre spacing of two disc 750 mm and the disc mounted eccentrically two groups of blades.
