摘要
以某电厂300MW亚临界一次再热机组为研究对象,从全厂热效率的角度定量分析低压省煤器的节能效果。计算结果表明,采用低压省煤器后,汽轮机回热系统的热效率是降低的,机组管道的热效率也是降低的,但提升了锅炉运行的热效率,且可以补偿前两者效率的降低。低压省煤器的节能效果,主要体现在锅炉运行方面。
By taking a 300 MW subcritical single reheat power unit as the research object, the energy saving effect of the low-pressure economizer was quantitatively analyzed from the perspective of overall plant thermal efficiency. The result showed that the thermal efficiency of regenerative system and piping thermal efficiency were reduced by using the low-pressure economizer, however, the increase of thermal efficiency of the boiler could compensate the reduction of the two former efficiency. The energy saving effect of the low-pressure economizer is mainly shown on the boiler.
