摘要
塔架抽油机采用配重和负载直接平衡工作方式,驱动电机力矩小,而且调节方便,在一些特殊抽油环境中具有一定的优势。驱动电机的输出转矩对塔架抽油机的性能具有重要影响。通过建模,对塔架抽油机一个冲程内的受力情况进行了分析,得到了电机输出转矩的特性曲线,并进一步分析了加减速过程的影响。对塔架抽油机的工程设计和应用具有参考价值。
In tower pumping units weights are used to balance load directly, so the powers of driving motors are not so large. These pumping systems have several advantages in some special pumping requirements because of their convenient adjustments. Output torque of the driving motor has important influence to the characteristics of the tower pumping unit. In this paper relations of all the forces were analyzed within a stroke, and curves of output torque was obtained. Influences of decelerating time were also studied. The paper is of good reference value to the engineering application of tower pumping u nits.
