摘要
用流程模拟软件研究了补碳对焦炉煤气制甲醇生产装置的影响,指出了补碳的最佳位置,同时对补碳量与气体成分、甲醇产量之间的关系进行了灵敏度分析。结果表明,在转化单元前补入CO2,更有利于合成气中有效气体成分的增加;补入适量CO2,有利于甲醇产量的提高,过高的CO2补入量会降低甲醇产量,应控制合成气中CO2的体积分数不超过5%。另外,分析了补碳量过大会影响甲醇产量的原因,并提出了实际生产中补碳操作的依据。
The impact of CO2 supplement on a COG-to-methanol plant was studied with a process simulation software. The best position of C02 supplement was pointed out and a sensitivity analysis was made of the relationship between the CO2 supplement amount, the gas content and the methanol yield. The addition of CO2 before the conversion unit was more conducive to the increase of the effective gas content of the syngas, and adding a proper amount of CO2 could increase the methanol yield. Yet, on the contrary, adding too much CO2 would decrease the methanol yield. The CO2 volume fraction in the syngas should be properly controlled so that it does not exceed 5%. Moreover, the basis of CO2 supplement in actual operation was proposed.
