摘要
研究了玉米秸秆与废纸混合纤维微波发泡缓冲包装材料制备工艺的关键问题。以玉米秸秆粉末和废瓦楞纸板为主要原料,通过微波发泡研制出了一种环境友好的新型环保缓冲包装材料。通过对发泡剂添加量、丙三醇含量、胶黏剂用量及秸秆与废纸纤维比例4个参数的优化,通过试验制备了环境友好的新型缓冲包装材料,并利用静态压缩试验的方法,对该新型缓冲材料的抗压强度的影响因素进行了分析。
To study the preparation key issues of mixed fiber between plant and waste paper foaming cush- ion material. Corn stalk powder and waste corrugated cardboard were used as the main raw materials to obtain environmentally friendly new type cushion package material by microwave foaming. By optimizing the parame- ters such as the additive quantity of vesicant, the content of glycerol, the dosage of adhesives agent, mass ratio between the corn straw and waste paper fiber, the environmentally friendly new type cushion packaging materi- als were prepared, and the factors influencing the compression strength of this material was analyzed by the method of static compress test.
