摘要
为了满足工业划膜设备接入工控网络的要求,设计了基于RS-485和Modbus协议的通信模块。详细规划模块的组成,介绍软件工作流程。针对仪器自身特点设计通信软件,并通过Modbus协议实现数据传输和仪器控制。重点是线路加入数字隔离器ADUM1301保证仪器的安全性,并利用诊断计数器更加便捷地进行通信状态和错误的管理。实验证明:模块实现了上位机对划膜仪的精准控制和可靠通信,并使其容错处理和抗干扰性能都优于之前。
To satisfy the requirement of industrial dispenser instruments accessing to the network,we designed the RS-485 and Modbus protocol-based communication module.The constitution of the module was planned in detail,and the work flow of software was introduced as well.According to the characteristics of the instrument its own we designed the communication software,and realised the data transmission and instrument control through Modbus protocol.Emphasis was put on adding the digital isolator ADUM1301 to circuit to guarantee the security of instrument,and the diagnostic counter was employed to manage the status and error of communication more conveniently.Practice proved that the module realised precise control and reliable communication of PC on the dispenser instrument,and the fault tolerance and anti-disturbance performance were all better than before.
