摘要
结合合成氨生产工艺流程,分析了低负荷下控制合成塔塔壁温度的普遍性调节手段与维持合成塔温度之间的矛盾。通过对比氨合成系统满负荷与低负荷工况下工艺条件的变化,提出采用开大升温副线的方法来解决此矛盾,并就升温副线的调节机理、效果作进一步阐述。
Combining with ammonia production process,the conflict between common adjustment method for control of the wall temperature of ammonia converter under low load and keeping ammonia converter temperature is analyzed.Through comparison of changes of process conditions of ammonia synthesis system under full load and low load,the method by enlarging heating-up accessory line to solve this contradiction is proposed,and the adjustment mechanism and effectiveness of heating-up accessory line are further elaborated.
