摘要
目的观察加味逍遥丸并Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光治疗肝气郁结型黄褐斑的效果。方法将60例肝气郁结型黄褐斑病人随机分成两组,治疗组30例,口服加味逍遥丸,并Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光治疗;对照组30例仅给予激光治疗,2个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为60%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著意义(χ2=5.69,P<0.05)。结论加味逍遥丸并Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光治疗肝气郁结型黄褐斑效果显著,副作用小。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of using Q-switch Nd： YAG 1 064 nm wave length laser com- bined with oral Jiawei Xiaoyao pills （JXP） for liver-qi stagnation type （LQST） cloasma. Methods Sixty patients with LQST cloasma were evenly randomized to two groups. Patients in the treatment group received Q-switched Nd： YAC- 1 064 nm laser combined with JXP, and those in the control group were treated with Nd： YAG laser only. A course of treatment was two months for both groups. The efficacy was assessed after three courses of therapy. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%, and that in the control was 60%, the difference between the two groups was significant （χ2 = 5.69 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiawei Xiaoyao pills combined with Q-switch Nd： YAG 1 064 nm wave length laser is effective in the treatment of liver-qi stagnation type cloasma with little side effects.
