摘要 目前电机的很多应用中需要知道电机的速度和位置,传统方法人们采用传感器来测量。现采用一种新的方法通过测量电机的电流得到电机的速度和位置,直流有刷电机的工作电流由于电刷换向过程而引起电阻的变化导致纹波电流。通过检测电机产生的纹波电流的脉冲数可以得到电机转速并计算得出电机的稳定性。基于此方法设计了以Lab VIEW为平台的测试系统,该系统实现了对电机转速数据的采集、处理、分析,从而完成对电机转速稳定性的检测。实验结果表明了该系统功能很好地完成了系统需求。 Currently,for many applications,it is necessary to know the speed and position of motors.This can be achieved using mechanical sensors coupled to the motor shaft. This paper presents a new method,based on the ripple currents,for speed and position estimation in brushed DC motor. The ripple current of brushed DC motors because of the brush-commutator system connects the rotor with the external circuit. The motor speed is estimated by detecting pluses. It presents a new test system by the Lab VIEW,this system can collect,process,analyze data and finished the testing within seconds. The results of experiment show the functions of system can meet the requirement.
